Yes. At checkout choose Local Pickup Point / Parcel Locker and enter your postcode. A home address is not required. We select the nearest discreet collection point, such as an Evri ParcelShop, InPost locker, or Post Office, and send an SMS or email with a collection barcode or PIN. Packaging is plain and confidential.
We accept debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) in EUR. Open Banking is not available.
Wholesale orders start from 1 kg of botanical specimens or from 1,000 capsules. Volume discounts are tiered across 1–2 kg, 3–4 kg, and 5+ kg (with mix-and-match allowed). Detailed rates can be found on our Wholesale page.

All orders are dispatched directly from our UK facilities. For domestic UK customers, there are no import duties, clearance fees, or unexpected customs taxes.
If a parcel cannot be delivered and returns to us, we issue a full refund. Incorrect address or failure to collect remains the buyer’s responsibility. See Refunds.
