“Fly Amanita EU” supplies ethnobotanical materials for lawful non-ingestible uses: collections, research, incense, craft and educational/display. We fulfil orders from within the European Union.
2. Eligibility & acceptable use
- By ordering you confirm you are legally permitted to purchase and possess the items in your jurisdiction.
- Products are not for human consumption and must not be marketed, resold or described as foods, supplements, cosmetics or medicines.
- You agree to use the materials lawfully and safely, and to store them out of reach of children and pets.
3. Ordering & contract
- An order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order where compliance concerns arise.
- Please ensure names, addresses and contact details are accurate. We cannot be responsible for undeliverable parcels due to incorrect information.
4. Pricing & payment
- Prices are shown in EUR and may change without notice prior to order acceptance.
- Where applicable, promotions and discounts are time-limited and subject to stock availability.
- Payment methods available at checkout may include Visa/Mastercard, Crypto and EU bank transfer (subject to availability).
5. Shipping & delivery
- Processing time is typically 1 business day. EU delivery is typically 2–5 working days; international varies by destination.
- Free EU shipping over €60 (otherwise €7.99).
- Risk in the goods passes on delivery; title passes upon full payment.
6. Customs, import taxes & regulatory checks
- EU orders shipped within the EU generally do not incur customs duties.
- Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, duties and clearance procedures, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
- We cannot guarantee import approvals; please check local rules before ordering.
7. Returns & refunds
For full details, see our Refunds Policy. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we can refund the product price in line with that policy. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for issues with your order.

- Natural materials vary in size, colour and structure by season and batch. Photos are illustrative of typical grade and appearance.
- We reserve the right to substitute equivalent or higher-grade units if necessary.
9. Safety & handling
- Materials may release fine particulate when opened. Avoid dust; consider gloves/eye protection; clean surfaces after handling.
- Do not inhale, ingest, smoke or otherwise expose yourself to harm. In case of accidental exposure, seek professional advice.
10. Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Website content, product descriptions, images and marks are owned by or licensed to Fly Amanita EU. You may not copy or reuse content without written consent.

14. Governing law & disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of Latvia. Courts of Latvia shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence where applicable.
